Monitoring Modules
Permit Tracking
Designed to keep an accurate record of
Permits and associated information, such as, Issuing Agency, Renewal Date, Source and
Parameter monitoring requirements, and company standards as well as regulatory limits.
Includes a function to log Action Items related to a Permit in order to alert
management of upcoming critical dates such as Permit expiration, quarterly monitoring, and
annual reports. Can be integrate with sampling modules: Water, Air Emissions, LDAR and
Ground Water.
Water Sampling
Stores sampling results from waste water
discharge points by source and parameter. Used to generate DMR reports for Federal and
State Agencies.
Air Emissions
Designed to assist companies
in tracking emissions from stacks as well as fugitive emissions. Calculates uncontrolled
air emissions as well as total controlled emissions for all sources within a specified
view of your facility. Air emissions can be calculated for the following source types:
Fuel Burning Sources using AP-42, Production Sources using AP-42 or other company derived
emission factors, and Hydrocarbon Storage Tanks using AP-42.. Data can be used to: Prepare
monthly and annual Emission Inventory Reports to state agencies, comply with Title V
permits, and calculate air emissions for the Form R Report.
LDAR
Documents equipment to be tested for
fugitive emissions as well as agency monitoring regulations for each type of equipment.
Stores test results from inspections as well as repairs and retests. Inspection data can
be entered via a hand-held data logger, a spreadsheet, or online data entry panels.
Includes an expert system to automate to generate test schedules and a utility to
calculate SARA 313 TCRR releases.
Ground Water Monitoring
Documents data on monitoring
wells, stores sampling results to record water quality, and calculates statistical data
for both up-gradient and down-gradient wells.
Tank Inventory and Inspection
Monitors the age and condition
of storage tanks, both above and below ground (including information about all ancillary
equipment). Records the material and amount stored in each tank, and the results of each
tank inspection. Helps meet the regulatory and management reporting requirements
associated with tanks. Can also be used to determine the chemical inventory levels based
on average tank usage data.
