Keeps information over time by employee by location and sampling parameters and results. Compares sampling results with stored agency limits on screen and in a variety of reports. Agency limits are stored by year. Allows comparison of results to limits in effect at the time of the sample. Compare results to the Ceiling Limit, Excursion Limit, TWA or Short Exposure Limit. Can be adapted to receive sampling results by electronic file or spreadsheet from labs or remote sites for direct input into the database. A series of standard management reports is included, such as; Monitoring Results in Summary or Detail by Individual, Chemical or Agent Results, Reference Codes Listing and more.
Track accidents and injuries by location, individual, date, time, type and more. Documents, text files, and images may be attached to the master record for reference. Action item follow-up activities may be assigned by individual and date and tracked through to completion. Management reports include a list of all accidents and injuries by date, location and more and the OSHA 300 Log and 300A Summary.
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
A method to store MSDS data as text or a scanned image. Provides a search engine that is integrated with the Chemical Inventory module to easily locate an MSDS for chemicals currently in inventory.
